RIDGE OUTREACH –
MARCH 2026
Our AGM and Church Council meetings were held on 8th February. Once again, a rowdy, undisciplined exchange of ideas and plans. At our next meeting in May we have resolved to follow correct meeting procedure.
Most of the current positions were unchanged, with Judith again taking the reins of Property Officer
A pest control treatment has been organized, plus an asbestos assessment (prior to the Synod Property Check). If you have church keys, be sure Tina has you listed on the Key Register.
For those members still not baptized, we are providing baptism services, as well as “re-affirmation of baptism” for those who only had baby christenings and wish to re-affirm their baptismal vows.

Flower-strewn pathways all our lives through,

Rest for the labour, light for the way,
Grace for the trials, help from above,
Unfailing sympathy, undying love.
We are still appealing for children’s books (either fact or fiction) which are currently filling a container for shipment to and distribution to children in Papua New Guinea. Many or the children there do not have schoolbooks, pens and pencils etc.
MORNING TEA : Rodney’s Morning tea sessions continue at 10.00 a.m. every Thursday, and once a month we meet for “Chinwag” – on the 3rd Friday of each month. This month at Bunnings Acacia Ridge
